Meet Ashley Phelps

About Ashley:

Ashley is a dog and boy mom. When not working, Ashley spends time outside. Iowa weather is not predictable so most days she dreams of warm weather with toes in the sand! Ashley can be found cycling on Racoon River Trails. She is very involved with her senior community with a focus on Walk to End Alzheimer's, volunteers at local senior centers and an active member of Des Moines Aging Consortium. Ashley would enjoy connecting with all who touch the fitness space.
