Strength & Balance
This is our most popular class format. Participants use loops, bands, and mini-balls to build muscles and coordination that helps them to perform activities in their daily life. A chair is often utilized for balance and seated exercises.
Yoga
Our Yoga classes are specially designed for seniors to promote strength, balance, mobility, and relaxation, regardless of ability level. Every session can be performed standing, seated, or a combination of both, making this class inclusive and adaptable. The key is to create a safe, encouraging space where participants feel confident moving their bodies and focusing their minds.
Private Personal Training
To provide the highest quality service to our seniors, our One-on-One Private Training program offers personalized fitness and health education tailored to individual needs. This program is ideal for those looking to regain strength and mobility after completing physical therapy or for individuals who prefer a more private setting over group classes. With focused attention from our expert trainers, clients can build confidence, improve their health, and achieve their personal wellness goals at their own pace. We come to your home or community.
Memory Care Classes
Our Memory Care class is a thoughtfully designed, 30-minute experience focused on gentle movement, cognitive stimulation, and social engagement. Each session promotes mental sharpness, balance, and muscle maintenance while being sensitive to the needs of those living with memory-related conditions.
Aqua Fit
Senior living communities can now make full use of their lovely outdoor pools when the weather is warm. Our Aqua Fitness classes are a dynamic, low-impact way for seniors to build strength, improve cardiovascular health, and enhance flexibility while having fun in the water. Designed with safety and function in mind, these water based sessions are ideal for improving joint health, mobility, and overall confidence.

Small Group Training
Our Small Group Training program provides a more personalized fitness experience in a supportive and intimate setting. Designed for seniors who prefer more focused attention but still enjoy the motivation and camaraderie of working with a few peers, this program bridges the gap between private sessions and larger group classes. With smaller class sizes, our expert trainers can tailor exercises to individual needs while fostering a close-knit and encouraging environment to help participants achieve their health and wellness goals together. Small Group classes consist of a minimum of 3 people and a max of 6. If there is more than 6 people, then it’s considered a regular class.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for the health of mind and body. While Tai Chi can be relatively easy to learn, numerous studies have shown that it improves muscular strength, flexibility, fitness, immunity, relieves pain and improves quality of life.
Virtual Fitness Classes
Live 2 B Healthy began offering Live virtual fitness classes to our partner communities in the Spring of 2020 in response to the COVID pandemic. Soon, it became apparent that seniors everywhere, regardless of where they lived, were craving senior-focused fitness classes. In the fall of 2020, we began offering individual virtual fitness class memberships direct to all adults 55+.
