Many of our classes combine key elements of a variety of fitness formats following Live 2 B Healthy’s proven approach. Listed below are a sample of the classes that we offer.

Live 2 B Healthy offers group fitness classes and one-on-one training for senior residents and can be held several times weekly. Our classes are taught by Certified Trainers who know the proper exercise progressions to help seniors maintain or regain their Balance, Strength & Flexibility.
Strength & Balance
This is our most popular class format. Participants use loops, bands, and mini-balls to build muscles and coordination that helps them to perform activities in their daily life. A chair is often utilized for balance and seated exercises.
Yoga/Chair Yoga
Practicing Yoga can be very helpful for regaining flexibility and balance – both of which help to keep residents on their feet and prevent falls. Yoga sequences can also build mindfulness and may even help to decrease symptoms of depression.
Personal Private Training
We have professional trainers can come to you at home or your community for private training. If you or a loved one is recovering from a fall, injury, or surgery, the next step after physical therapy is to rebuild your strength and flexibility in the injured area to prevent future issues.
Memory Care Fitness Classes
Our Memory Care fitness classes focus on improving balance, flexibility, and strength to help residents reduce fall risks and maintain independence. These 30-minute sessions are slower-paced, allowing for personalized support. Caregivers are welcome to join, providing extra assistance and shared moments of wellness.

Aqua Fitness
We have certified Aqua Fitness instructors for your swimming pool. We can even provide lifeguard staff if requested. Senior living communities can now make full use of their lovely outdoor pools when the weather is warm, without having to re-allocate staff from year-round positions.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for the health of mind and body. While Tai Chi can be relatively easy to learn, numerous studies have shown that it improves muscular strength, flexibility, fitness, immunity, relieves pain and improves quality of life.
Virtual Fitness Classes
Live 2 B Healthy began offering Live virtual fitness classes to our partner communities in the Spring of 2020 in response to the COVID pandemic. Soon, it became apparent that seniors everywhere, regardless of where they lived, were craving senior-focused fitness classes. In the fall of 2020, we began offering individual virtual fitness class memberships direct to all adults 55+.
